You can change the date of a booking or update the details by following the link on your confirmation email.  This takes you back to your booking and allows you to change the date or details.

Advance booking is recommended as key dates sell out quickly so book now to avoid disappointment.

Where a session is shown as 'Sold Out' – we're sorry, there are no more tickets available for that time.

On the day tickets may be available but only if the space for that day is not sold out.  Please ask in store for availability.

Our Grotto and Santa’s Breakfast is suitable for all ages but we recommend the maximum age for a child is 10.

From your booking confirmation email you can amend your own booking including ticket type, food choice and date of event (if space is available)

If you want to receive a gift from Santa for your child, then a ticket must be purchased.  We have a gift range for 0–18-month-olds.

For Santa’s Breakfast you can bring a baby at no cost but no gift will be provided.

The exact gift may vary however they are suitable for the age as stated or dog size as stated.

Our Grotto will be located in our outside plant area, please follow the signs from the main entrance to guide you. Don’t forget to wrap up warmly!

There are a set number of spaces per time slot. If you are visiting as a family, please get in touch by emailing our customer services team and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.

You can book Santa Paws for your dog and add on tickets for your children to also get a gift from Santa.  If a store doesn’t have a Santa Paws event they cannot attend the Grotto unless they are a service dog.

Only children’s tickets can be purchased for the Grotto and we encourage no more than two adults to attend with each child due to the space inside the Grotto.

For Santa Paws, tickets are only required for the dogs, and any accompanying children who require a gift from Santa.

For Santa’s Breakfast all adults attending must purchase a ticket.  Without a ticket we will not be able to allocate space at a table within the event area.

This event can be booked separately as it’s a slightly different experience to our other stores.  This can be booked here

This year Aylesbury will hold their Grotto outside with a magical forest walkway up to Santa’s Grotto.  There will be no separate Winter Wonderland Walkway.  As such adults will not have to purchase a ticket, only children’s tickets should be booked.

You can pre order a 6x8 photo for £7 however you can also choose to buy photos on the day for £8 each.

You are welcome to take your own photos, but you can also have a professional image printed with a folder to commemorate your visit

There is no professional photography option at these events however you are welcome to take your own photos.

There will be a number of changes to our usual Grotto slots.  Santa will see a reduced number of children during this period.  All music will be off during these sessions and twinkling lights will be removed or switched off.  In addition, you can choose to have your child’s gift wrapped or not.

Prior to your visit, we’ll email a photo of your specific Grotto to prepare children for what they will see on the day.

Our team will be trained at our Santa School in disability awareness with the support of the charity Autism Together.

Any families attending this experience can also bring neurotypical siblings.  Tickets can be purchased in the same way for that event. There are a set number of spaces per time slot. If you are visiting as a family, please get in touch by emailing our customer services team and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.

Book with Confidence gives you reassurance of a full refund if the event needs to be cancelled. Our events have been carefully planned and we are prepared for the introduction of social distancing guidelines if required.

Our grottos will be located in the outside area of our store amongst our real Christmas trees.  The area is covered but will allow for ventilation for customers and team members if required.

Based on current guidelines, our elves and Santa will be wearing face coverings in Scotland and NI. We will continue to assess this in the lead up to the grotto opening.

In line with current guidelines we ask that all adults in Scotland and NI, who are able to, wear a face covering when not seated at a restaurant table.  We will continue to assess this in the lead up to the events starting.

Our larger family events are planned at the start of the day before the store opens or end of the day when areas are quieter to allow us greater flexibility with safety measures for our team and customers.

Wheelchair access is available in all our stores.  Please make a note of any special requirements you have during the online booking process.

During the booking process you will be able to add on either £1 or £5 to your ticket price.  100% of this donation goes to Teenage Cancer Trust (our National Charity partner). Please note that your donation is non-refundable.
