Help Centre: Delivery 

Standard items are delivered for £5.95 or free for orders over  £50. 

Large item delivery costs £15. 

If a large item delivery cost applies it will be stated on the product page under Delivery & Returns and on in-store POS.

If your order contains a mix of items delivered by us, and items delivered by one of our approved suppliers, it will be automatically split – please allow for multiple deliveries if you order products with different delivery times. 

Standard delivery 

• The carrier will contact to confirm they have your Dobbies parcel 
• They will then inform of delivery day plus on the day an estimate time of arrival 

Large item delivery 

• Within 24hours of placing your order, you will be contacted by our delivery partner (Wincanton) via email or text 
• Through a link in the message, you can choose your delivery date 
• The day before the delivery, you will be given a 2-hour delivery slot 
• On the day of the delivery, you will receive a reminder text and a call from the delivery team 

The delivery team will return to depot with your items and a new delivery date will be arranged.

We do not offer a delivery service to addresses outside the UK.
