Help Centre: Delivery 

Standard items are delivered for £5.95 or free for orders over £50.

Large item delivery costs £20.

XL item delivery costs £40.

If a large or XL item delivery cost applies it will be stated on the product page under Delivery & Returns and on in-store POS.

If your order contains a mix of items delivered by us, and items delivered by one of our approved suppliers, it will be automatically split – please allow for multiple deliveries if you order products with different delivery times.

Standard delivery

• The carrier will contact you to confirm they have received your Dobbies parcel.
• They will then confirm your delivery day and provide an estimated time of arrival on the day of delivery.

Large item delivery

• The carrier will contact you to confirm they have received your Dobbies parcel.
• The day before delivery, they will confirm your delivery day and provide a 2-hour delivery time slot.
• You can then choose to rearrange the delivery day or time if required.

XL item delivery

• Within 4 hours of placing your order, you will be contacted by our delivery partner (Wincanton) via email or text.
• Using the link provided, you can choose your delivery date.
• The day before delivery, you will receive a 2-hour delivery time slot.
• On the day of delivery, you will receive a reminder text and a call from the delivery team.

The delivery team will return to depot with your items and a new delivery date will be arranged.

Please contact customer services to discuss any returns related to home delivery items.

We do not offer a delivery service to addresses outside the UK.
