Dobbies have recently moved to a new IT system and we are working hard to make sure everyone can access their memberships. We are working to fix this but we expect it may take a further 3-4 weeks. We appreciate how frustrating this will be but please bear with us and we’ll share an update as soon as we have resolved the problem. Please don’t create a new online account in the meantime as this will not show your membership details.

You can view your details easily online if you've registered your membership card on our member hub. Just click here to log in. 

If you haven't already done so, register here and then sign in. 

 Ways you can use the member hub: 

  • To update your personal details (bank details will have to be updated by our Customer Service team)
  • To request a replacement card
  • To view your points earned
  • To renew your membership
  • To view and update your marketing preferences

Did you know you can enjoy your membership benefits before your membership card even arrives? We'll let you know your card number at the time of joining. Until your card arrives, your card number can still be typed in at the till when you're in-store.

You can request a new card using our member hub. The card will usually be sent to you within 10 working days. When the replacement card is requested, your new card number will be generated immediately so you can take a note of it and use that to carry on receiving your member benefits until the new card arrives.

We offer two types of loyalty programmes to help give customers an even better shopping experience with us and these are Club and Club Plus. Find out more here.

Club members can collect points on their purchases and get priority booking on Dobbies events. Find out how you could become a Club member.

Being a Club member is free. We also offer a Club Plus membership which gives you even better rewards and costs just £12 per year (equivalent to £1 a month). Find out about becoming a Club Plus member.

As a Club Plus member you can expect more offers, more savings, and more rewards. Click here to see all the benefits you could start getting today.

It's easy! Just sign up online to whichever club you think suits you best here. Alternatively, you can sign up in-store.

As a Club Plus member you'll collect 2 points for every £1 spent and Club members will receive 1 point for every £1 spent.

Once you have 100 points you will start to get money off vouchers. Twice a year we issue member statements that include the money off vouchers and the vouchers can be put towards purchases in-store. 

Of course! Everyone in your household can have their own membership and receive the great benefits if they want to.

No problem! You can upgrade in-store or online.  

Great news! You can renew your Club Plus membership either in-store or online.

You can use your vouchers in any Dobbies store towards your purchase. 

Please note, they are not accepted by any of our Concession Partners.

If you are a Club Plus member each year we like to wish you a Happy Birthday and send you a little treat on us. To do this, we need to know your date of birth and to have received your permission to contact you by mail.

Your contact permissions can be managed in the Dobbies member hub.
