If you're buying from Dobbies.com, spend more than £39 and you will qualify for free delivery. This excludes in-store purchases to takeaway.

Yes, in order to complete a purchase on dobbies.com, you need to create an account. If you want to set up an online account, you can here. This will allow you to view all your online purchases and manage your online account.

Yes, just make sure your registered email address is the same for your online shopping account as your Dobbies Club/Club Plus Member Hub.  Then the points will be added automatically to your membership the day after your purchase.

Our Interest Free Credit option is only available for instore purchases.

Yes, we are pleased to be able to deliver to Northern Ireland.

There are restirctions to some items we are unable to delivery to Northern Ireland.

You can request an email notification when the product is back in-stock online or you can click on ‘Check stock in your local store’ and enter your postcode to see if there is stock in your nearest store.

This depends on the item as stock replenishment times can vary. If you’ve requested an email notification we will email you when the website has stock again.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to hold the item for you. We recommend that you order the item when you receive the ‘back in stock’ email notification just in case the item is out of stock by the time you come to order it.

You will need to re-enter your email address to receive the email notification.
