How it works
- Choose your item(s), select Click & Collect and pick which store to collect your order from
When you have add all items, place and pay for your order
You'll receive an email from us when your order is ready for collection - this is typically two hours after placing your order
Bring your order number and photo ID to collect your order - signage in-store will direct you to the collection point
Helpful tips
- Once your order is placed, you won't be able to change or modify your order
Please don't arrive at store until you receive your email saying your order is ready to collect
When your order is ready for collection, we'll keep it for 72 hours. If you don't collect it in this time period, we'll automatically refund it
If you're unable to collect your order, someone else can collect on your behalf. They'll need the order confirmation email and photographic ID
