Data is entered into a Dobbies tablet by one of our team members where it is then stored securely in line with the Test and Trace requirements.
In line with Government guidelines our Scottish restaurants are accepting Afternoon Tea bookings from Wednesday 28th April.
We are currently not accepting Afternoon Tea bookings for our restaurants in England, Wales or Northern Ireland.
All our internal dog areas will remain closed, dogs are welcome in our outdoor seating areas.
Food and drink is available to takeaway in all of our restaurants that are open.
We are following the latest Government guidance, all of our team have been provided with face masks, visors and gloves. Our back of house and kitchens areas are operating with smaller teams to help maintain social distancing.

You'll order your food in the normal way depending on the restaurant, either at our restaurant counter or at your table. All food will be delivered to your table. Our team will be on hand to walk you through the journey in store.
A team member will hand you your cutlery when you pay, it will be wrapped straight from the dishwasher.

Yes, we still have a wide range of Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian options available on the menu.
A team member will be able to provide these for you, they won't be on the tables.
No, self service machines are currently not in operation but our baristas are on hand to serve hot drinks.
We've worked with suppliers to put additional steps in place to make sure deliveries are contact free and sanitised.
