Membership and Marketing Preferences

If you wish to cancel your Dobbies Club or Club Plus membership please contact our Customer Service team at customer.service@dobbies.com.

To stop receiving marketing communication you can either select unsubscribe within our emails or update your communication methods through the My details section when you login to your account at dobbies.com.

If you would like us to permanently delete all personal data we hold about you and exercise your right to be forgotten, please submit a request to our Data Protection team at data.protection@dobbies.com. Please include sufficient information to verify your identity and help us to locate your account (e.g. full name, account number, membership number, email address associated with your account). Once your request is received, we will assess it in accordance with GDPR and respond within the statutory timeframe. Please note that a deletion request will also cancel any existing membership.
