Pizza Oven & BBQ Covers

Protect your cooking appliances from the elements with our range of pizza oven and BBQ covers. Made of high quality polyester, these water-resistant covers are  designed to keep your tools safe and protected year round.

Protecting your investment is essential for ensuring your outdoor kitchen stays in peak condition for years to come. Our selection of pizza oven and BBQ covers is crafted from heavy-duty, weather-resistant fabrics that act as a durable shield against the unpredictable British elements. Whether you need to protect a compact portable pizza oven or a large multi-burner gas BBQ, our covers feature UV-resistant coatings to prevent fading and breathable vents to stop moisture buildup. By keeping out rain, frost, and garden debris, these protectors ensure your outdoor cooking equipment is always clean and ready for your next alfresco feast.

To find the correct fit, measure the total width (including any side shelves or handles), the depth from front to back, and the height. For pizza ovens, be sure to account for the chimney if it is not removable. We recommend choosing a cover that is roughly 2–5cm larger than your equipment’s dimensions to ensure it is easy to slip on and off. Many of our covers are specifically tailored to fit popular models from brands like Ooni and Weber for a perfect, snug fit.

Always ensure your grill or oven is completely cold before covering to prevent heat damage to the fabric. For pizza ovens, place the cover over the chimney first (if applicable) and then drape it over the body. For BBQs, align the corners of the cover with the edges of the grill and pull down evenly. Once in place, always tighten the integrated drawstrings or fasten the buckle straps around the legs or base to prevent the wind from catching the cover and blowing it away.

Cleaning your cover is simple: use a soft-bristled brush to remove loose debris, then wash it down with a sponge and warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with a garden hose and leave it to air-dry completely while draped over the equipment. Avoid using a washing machine or tumble dryer, as the agitation and heat can damage the waterproof lining and UV-protective coating.

While stainless steel and powder-coated aluminium are highly durable, they are still susceptible to "pitting" from acidic bird lime, tree sap, and salt air. A cover also prevents spiders and insects from nesting in the burners or gas tubes, which can cause blockages. Using a cover means you won't have to spend time deep-cleaning your equipment every time you want to cook; you can simply uncover and go.

The best covers are made from high-denier polyester with a waterproof backing. Look for "UV-stabilised" fabrics, which won't become brittle or crack under direct sunlight. Breathability is also crucial - look for covers with built-in mesh vents that allow air to circulate. This prevents condensation from being trapped underneath, which is the primary cause of rust and mould on outdoor appliances.

Yes, our premium covers are designed for year-round outdoor protection. However, during long periods of storage in winter, it is a good idea to occasionally remove the cover on a dry day to let the equipment "air out." Ensure that snow doesn't pile up heavily on the flat surfaces of the cover for long periods, as the weight can eventually stress the seams or trap moisture against the unit. During particularly inclement weather, you should also consider storing your covered equipment in an garden shed for additional protection.
