Cauliflower Romanesco Strip

The interesting, lime green, geometric heads of the Cauliflower Romanesco can be eaten raw and added to salads or cooked like you would broccoli or regular cauliflower. It has a milder, nuttier and a crunchier texture than regular cauliflower.
