You will be notified at the basket stage whether a product will be delivered by us or by one of our approved suppliers.
If your order contains a mix of items delivered by us, and items delivered by one of our approved suppliers, it will be automatically split – please allow for multiple deliveries if you order products with different delivery times.
Please contact Dobbies Customer Service team if you have a delivery enquiry about products provided by an approved supplier.
We’ll pass on all your delivery details, including your email address and mobile number, to the relevant approved supplier so you can be contacted with order updates from their chosen courier.
If an approved supplier is unable to deliver to your postcode, you will be notified at checkout.

Festive delivery update: Please note that Friday 19th December will be the last day we dispatch any home delivery orders prior to the Christmas holidays. From this we kindly ask that all home delivery purchase orders are emailed to Sales Office by 10am Thursday 18th December. This will give enough time to get the orders onto our system and contact the customers to book in the delivery for either Tuesday 23rd December or Wednesday 7th January onwards (as the UPN pallet network is closed between Christmas Eve and 4th January). Please note to receive delivery on the 23rd December the customer will need to make sure they answers our calls made on the 18th to book. Any purchase orders that are received after 10am Thursday 18th December the next delivery date offered to them will be 7th January onwards. Our offices will close on Christmas Eve and not re-open till Friday 2nd December, therefore all home delivery purchase orders/queries received during this time will be responded to on our return to the office on the 2nd.

Festive delivery update: Final day to place orders will be on the 16th of December, the last delivery of 2025 will be on the 19th of December. When we return for 2026, deliveries will resume from the 5th of January onwards.

Forest aim to deliver between 7 to 10 working days. Please note deliveries to Scotland can take 5-10 days more than the advertised lead time.
Approximately 48 hours before delivery you will receive a 4-hour time slot via Text message. You can respond to this text and we welcome any helpful delivery instructions to ensure a successful delivery.
On the morning of delivery, you will receive an updated 2 hour ETA via email, this will also have a live tracking link for you to track the drivers progress. Upon arrival the friendly driver will deliver your order to a safe place of your choice as long as it is a reasonable request and it is safe to do so within your exterior property or Garden. Please ensure they have unrestricted access, which does not involve passing through your home or garage. We would not risk damaging your property to an unsafe location.
Please note: Some items are hand built to order in the UK and lead-times for these products are 3-4 weeks, you will be notified in the basket at checkout stage if your item has a longer lead time.
Forest also offer an installation service on selected products. After you have booked in your delivery, you will be contacted separately to arrange a suitable installation date. This will usually be carried out by Forest's expert fitting team. However, depending on your location or purchase, a third-party company may be used.
Some products, such as the Vale Greenhouses, Gazebos and Retreat Sheds, offer installation on the same day as delivery. For most products, however, delivery and installation will be arranged separately. Installation is typically within 7-10 days of delivery, however at certain times of the season and depending on postcode this can increase to 3-4 weeks.

A return for an supply only goods can be instructed up to 28 days after the date of delivery, as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Product must be unassembled and in original packaging.

Festive delivery update: Last delivery day this year will be December 19th. Our first delivery day of 2026 will be the 6th of January.

HarrowdenTurf will contact you directly to book in your delivery. Turf should be layed immediately upon delivery therefore you should only arrange for turf to be delivered on the day you intend to lay it. Reducing the amount of time turf is stored significantly reduces any potential problems that may arise.
Turf is delivered direct to your home by a pallet courier that primarily uses rigid trucks that are designed to reach the majority of UK addresses. However, it is possible that your turf delivery could be made on a larger vehicle. If you think this could be an issue, or you have any delivery restrictions which could affect the delivery, please get in touch before placing your order.

Customers can request a collection of a product if the request is received by HEX Living within 28 days of delivery. The product must be returned as sold, no assembly or preparation (painting, etc) having been attempted and complete product is in its original packaging. Festive delivery update: We will be closed from midday 24th December until 5th January, no deliveries will be made by any carriers during this time. The last order date for delivery before Christmas will be 10th December.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland could take longer than 10 working days, once the product arrives at the local carrier depot in Ireland, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
Keter aim to deliver within 10 working days, additional transit time may be required for remote areas. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date, and on the day of delivery a 4 hr timeslot will be provided by SMS/Email. Deliveries must be signed for. Delivery is to the outside of property only, given clear and unrestricted access. Please check your delivery before installation commences.

Please note: most Rowlinson products are self-assembly, unless otherwise stated.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm (no specific time can be given.) Customers must be available to check and sign for delivery.
Delivery will be made to the near point that is adjacent to the road and clear of obstruction. Carriers will not move product around or through the property.
It is important that you provide at least one telephone number at the checkout as some of our carriers will only contact you via this method to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please note, not all the carriers can give specific time slots. When the carrier contacts you, they will ask about any access issues. Usually if a bin lorry can gain access, then so can our carriers’ largest delivery vehicles.
If you have chosen our assembly service, you will always be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a suitable time for your item to be delivered and assembled.
Any delivery date and time you are given can only be an estimate. There can be several factors that affect the delivery that are beyond our control and that of our partner carriers.
