Bean Barlotto Strip

Bean Borlotto is a classic of Italy known as 'Fire Tongue' bean. It's loved for its excellent flavour, colour and versatility. The decorative beans can be picked and used fresh or left to grow on.

Mature beans can be shelled from the pods and dried; these can be prepared and served as dried flageolet or Cannellini.
