Nandina Gulf Stream 2ltr

Glorious autumn and winter colour make this evergreen shrub a superb stand alone specimen, either in a bed of its own or grown in a container on your patio.

Nandina domestica 'Gulfstream' starts the year with delicate purple leaves on new growth which soon turn to green while the shrub produces its clusters of small, white star shaped flowers.

As the flowers turn to berries, Heavenly Bamboo also takes on its autumn hues, with the foliage becoming shades of red and bronze for a spectacle of colour during the winter months.

Grow Nandina in a moist, but well-drained soil in a sheltered position in full sun. Plants will tolerate a wide range of soils, from sand to chalk and clay.
