Delivery will be made to the nearest point that is adjacent to the roadway and clear of obstruction, carriers will not move product around or through the property. Returns: Customers can request a collection or exchange of a product if the request is received by Rowlinson Garden products within 28 days of delivery. A collection charge may apply plus any additional surcharge detailed above. The product must be returned as sold, no assembly or preparation (painting, etc) having been attempted and complete product is in its original packaging. Rowlinson requires written confirmation (email) from the retailer for any collection, exchange or order cancellation.
