Broccoli Romanesco Seeds
ADD TO BAG
First developed in the 16th Century, this visually striking variety is older than both broccoli and cauliflower varieties! Often called Caulibroc or Broccolflower, Romanesco has a distinctive taste that sits somewhere between its namesakes, broccoli, and cauliflower, only with an additional nutty flavour. Packed full of nutrients, Romanesco is truly a super food.
Harvest the spears and cook as you would broccoli. Alternatively, the heads can be steamed whole and served individually, especially tasty once seasoned well and topped with butter! Romanesco can be crushed once it has been cooked, then sautéed and added to pasta for a fast and simple meal.
Packet contains 275 Romanesco Seeds.
