To give you peace of mind when booking Dobbies’ events, our Book with Confidence guarantee includes:
Flexibility to amend your booking
You can change your event date and/or time up to 24 hours before it starts (subject to availability)
if you need to make changes more than 48 hours in advance, please use the link in your confirmation email
if you need to change your booking between 24 and 48 hours before your event, please contact our Customer Service team here
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change and so you will receive:
a full refund if you cancel more than 36 hours before the event
a Dobbies gift card, which can be spent in-store, to the value of your booking if you cancel between 36 and 24 hours before the event
a full refund if Dobbies cancels your event
Please note: we are unable to offer a refund or compensation if you cancel within 24 hours of the event or do not attend.
