Installation will be arranged separately. Installation is typically within 7-10 days of delivery, however at certain times of the season and depending on postcode this can increase to 3-4 weeks, please check with your retailer when ordering.Most Forest products are guaranteed for either 15 or 25 years against rot through either Pressure Treatment or Dip Treatment.
Delivery & returns
In order to offer you an extended range, including specialist items, Dobbies arrange for certain products to be delivered direct by our approved suppliers. Delivery in these cases will be managed directly by them, but we will do whatever we can to assist you in the event of any concerns.Forest aim to deliver and install within 7 to 8 weeks of receiving your order. Please note deliveries to Scotland can take 5-10 days more than the advertised lead time.
Approximately 48 hours before delivery you will receive a 4-hour time slot via Text message. On the morning of delivery, you will receive an updated 2-hour ETA via email. Upon arrival the driver will deliver your order to a safe place of your choice as long as it is safe to do so within your exterior property or garden.
Please ensure they have unrestricted access, which does not involve passing through your home or garage.
Forest are unable to deliver to some postcodes, you'll see in your basket at the checkout stage if the particular product is restricted.
Delivery is free for orders over ÂŁ50 (ÂŁ5.95 otherwise).
If your order is overdue, damaged in transit or you have a query about your order, please contact Dobbies Customer Service team.
Returns: A return for a non-installation product can be instructed up to 28 days after the date of delivery, as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
