It is a versatile BBQ with the ability to smoke as well as grill thanks to an adjustable ventilation system for precise temperature and airflow control. A lid thermometer is inbuilt for quick temperature checks. Featuring Weber's Gourmet BBQ System (GBS) cooking grate makes it compatible with a range of special accessories for frying, griddling and pizza baking (sold separately). The bowl and lid are porcelain-enamelled, providing excellent heat retention and protection from rust. Weather resistant wheels allow for easy mobility.
Cleaning is easy thanks its One Touch Cleaning System, move a handle back and forth so the ash drops into a high capacity ash catcher.
