      • The easiest flowers you'll ever plant! The Woodland Shade Meadowmat is a blend of 35 native wildflowers and 3 grasses typically found growing in woodland margins and hedgerows.

        Easy to install and requiring little maintenance, all you need to do is unroll the mat and place in the same way as you would turf in your garden. Not only will the mat become a riot of colour as it grows, it'll bring a buzz as well with pollinators loving these native blooms.

      • This product will come with relevant cautions. Please read before use.
      • - Woodland Shade asks for a largely hands-off and rather eco-friendly style of gardening.
        - There’s no need for fertilisers and sprays, these plants are self-sufficient.
        - Leave to grow unchecked between February and August.
        - The biggest burst of the flowers will appear in May followed by smatterings of colour through Summer.
        - At the end of Summer, use a scythe to take off the vegetation – leave just 10 – 15 cm to re-grow and take away all of the trimmings.
        - Then, mow once or twice in Autumn to remove excess growth and let it overwinter.
        - If you are growing Woodland Shade under trees, please remove fallen leaves in Autumn.
        - Woodland Shade prefers to grow in partial shade and moist, but well drained low fertility soil.
        - Please avoid deep shade – the plants do need some daylight in order to thrive. Happiest in a fairly neutral pH but will tolerate all but the most acidic or alkaline soils.

        HarrowdenTurf aim to deliver within 2-10 working days. There is currently no delivery to Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland & the Highlands & Islands available for this product. Please ensure you meet these requirements before placing an order.

        They will aim to make your delivery between 8am and 5pm Tuesday to Friday. HarrowdenTurf will contact you directly to book in your delivery.

        Turf should be layed immediately upon delivery therefore you should only arrange for turf to be delivered on the day you intend to lay it. Reducing the amount of time turf is stored significantly reduces any potential problems that may arise.

        Turf is delivered direct to your home by a pallet courier that primarily uses rigid trucks that are designed to reach the majority of UK addresses. However, it is possible that your turf delivery could be made on a larger vehicle. If you think this could be an issue, or you have any delivery restrictions which could affect the delivery, please get in touch before placing your order.

        Delivery is free for orders over ÂŁ50 (ÂŁ5.95 otherwise).
