  • Designed to fit Weber's 57cm charcoal barbecues and to work with other Gourmet Barbecue System components, this Weber Cooking Grate is a handy piece of kit. Made from plated steel for durability, this hinged cooking grate gives you the option to top up with more charcoal without having to remove the grate. The grate has a 30cm removable insert which allows you to use the whole grate area for traditional barbecuing, or it can be changed for one of the other GBS accessories.
  • This product will come with any relevant cautions and/or warnings - please read carefully before use.
  • Preheat on high for 15 minutes and brush clean with a grill brush.
