  • The SOLO 421 granulate spreader provides exceptionally even distribution of fertiliser, winter grit, seed, granulated lime, animal feed, dry lawn sand and many other granulates. With an ergonomic rear design, adjustable comfort strap and a low weight of just 2.5 kg, it is comfortable to wear and easy to handle, even on steep or hard to access terrain.

    The 9 litre container allows for long working intervals, while the quarter turn screw cap and wide 14.5 cm filling opening make filling and cleaning quick and simple. A smooth action, side mounted steel crank drives the spreader disc to achieve wide, uniform coverage of up to 5000 m² per hour.

    Spread rate and throw direction are easily adjusted using a slider to suit different tasks. A built in agitator prevents clumping and ensures consistent flow, while the robust metal worm gear sits in a corrosion protected, maintenance free gearbox for long lasting reliability.
