      • Close adult supervision is required at all times. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Not for consumption - do not eat seeds. Wash hands well with soap and water after use.
      • - How to use:
        - 1. Fill the bio-pots with soil
        - 2. Carefully open seeds & evenly sow them into the pots
        - 3. Cover the seeds with a fine layer of soil
        - 4. Place on a saucer or tray & water well
        - 5. Cover with a plastic bag & place in a sunny location to create humidity
        - 6. The bag can be removed as soon as seedlings emerge
        - 7. Soil should remain damp to the touch
        - 8. The bio-pots can be planted directly into another pot of compost or into the garden once the seedlings have been hardened off
        - 9. Protect plants from frost
