  • The Climbing French Bean 'Isabel' provides succulent, well flavoured, stringless pods held in generous clusters that are quick and easy to pick.

    A vigorous white seeded variety with good disease resistance for naturally healthy plants, the Climbing French Bean 'Isabel' ensures reliable harvests over a long season.

    The packet contains approximately 75 seeds.

  • This product will come with any relevant warnings please read carefully before use.
  • Sow outdoors from May to early July or indoors from April to May, ready to harvest from July to October. For indoor sowing, sow in pots of moist compost, one or two seeds per pot. Cover with 2.5cm of fine compost. Cover pots with glass or polythene. Firm gently and keep moist. Remove cover when seedlings appear 7-14 days. Stand outside for a few days in May (avoid frosts). Transplant seedlings 25cm apart in rows 45cm apart. Train up poles or netting. For outdoor sowing, sow 2 seeds together 25cm apart, in rows 45cm apart. Cover with 5cm of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. When large enough thin to strongest seedling. Train up poles or netting. Keep moist and weed free. Seeds should not be eaten. Store out of reach of children and pets.
