  • Add seasonal colour and fragrance to your garden with Daffodil Verdin.

This attractive spring-flowering variety is ideal for planting close to paths, patios and seating areas, allowing you to enjoy its fragrance as you spend time outdoors. The seven included bulbs can be planted together for a coordinated display or combined with other spring bulbs for added interest.

A versatile addition to beds, borders and containers.

  • Plant from August onwards, 12cm/5" deep, 10cm/4" apart.

Daffodils like well-drained, but moist, humus rich soil in sun or partial shade. Avoid very dry areas such as under conifers. Plant informal groups in borders, rock gardens, under deciduous trees and shrubs, and in containers.

Ideal for naturalising (leaving in for flowers year after year) especially in lawns and woodland.

After flowering, allow the foliage to die back naturally as early removal can cause the bulb not to flower the following year, then feed with a low nitrogen fertiliser.
