  • Bring an early burst of spring colour to your garden with Cornish Gold daffodils.

This very early-flowering variety is ideal for welcoming the new season, producing cheerful blooms when many other plants are only just beginning to emerge. Supplied as a generous 1.5kg pack, there are plenty of bulbs for creating impressive displays across beds, borders or other suitable planting areas.

A classic and dependable choice for adding early spring interest to your garden.

  • Plant from August onwards, 12cm/5" deep, 10cm/4" apart.

Daffodils like well-drained, but moist, humus rich soil in sun or partial shade. Avoid very dry areas such as under conifers. Plant informal groups in borders, rock gardens, under deciduous trees and shrubs, and in containers.

Ideal for naturalising (leaving in for flowers year after year) especially in lawns and woodland.

After flowering, allow the foliage to die back naturally as early removal can cause the bulb not to flower the following year, then feed with a low nitrogen fertiliser.
