      • Cucumber Gherkin Bohemia is an outdoor variety of gherkin that produces 'non-bitter fruits' approx. 7.5-12cm (3-5in) long. It has a good disease resistance and produces high yields of fruit.
      • This product will come with any relevant warnings please read carefully before use.
      • Sow March to April in pots of seed compost. Sow thinly, cover with a fine layer of compost. Firm gently and keep moist. Cover with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. 20-25°C. Seedlings appear 7-21 days. Remove cover when seedlings appear. Grow on at approx. 13-15°C. When large enough transplant singly to 7.5cm pots. Stand outside for a few days in May (avoid frosts). Transplant 30cm apart in growing position. Sow May to June in a prepared seed bed. Sow thinly in rows 30cm apart. Cover lightly with fine soil. Firm gently, keep moist and weed free. When large enough thin to 30cm apart.
