      • The easiest flower garden you'll ever plant! The Cottage Garden Meadowmat creates flower beds and borders with the grace and charm of an old fashioned English garden.

        Easy to install and requiring little maintenance, all you need to do is unroll the mat and place in the same way as you would turf in your garden. Not only will the mat become a riot of colour as it grows, it'll bring a buzz as well with pollinators loving these native blooms.

      • This product will come with relevant cautions. Please read before use.
      • - The balance of plant species and the flowering time will be different in every single garden. It can also depend on soil type, weather conditions, pollinator populations and management style. Then, simply, unroll the Meadowmat® onto prepared soil, ensuring the roots have contact with the ground, water it and keep the soil moist until the plants are well established.
        - Cottage Garden doesn’t want to be fed, mulched, staked or sprayed. Simply leave it to grow between March and September.
        - To extend the flowering season deadhead the plants, but this is not essential.
        - At the end of summer, deadhead as much as you need. Cut your Cottage Garden back to a height of 10 – 15 cm and put all of that unwanted vegetation on to the compost heap. If your garden soil is quite fertile, you may need to trim it a couple of times during the autumn and winter, just to keep it neat.

      • In order to offer you an extended range, including specialist items, Dobbies arrange for certain products to be delivered direct by our approved suppliers. Delivery in these cases will be managed directly by them, but we will do whatever we can to assist you in the event of any concerns.

        HarrowdenTurf aim to deliver within 2-10 working days. There is currently no delivery to Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland & the Highlands & Islands available for this product. Please ensure you meet these requirements before placing an order.

        They will aim to make your delivery between 8am and 5pm Tuesday to Friday. HarrowdenTurf will contact you directly to book in your delivery.

        Turf should be layed immediately upon delivery therefore you should only arrange for turf to be delivered on the day you intend to lay it. Reducing the amount of time turf is stored significantly reduces any potential problems that may arise.

        Turf is delivered direct to your home by a pallet courier that primarily uses rigid trucks that are designed to reach the majority of UK addresses. However, it is possible that your turf delivery could be made on a larger vehicle. If you think this could be an issue, or you have any delivery restrictions which could affect the delivery, please get in touch before placing your order.

        Delivery is free for orders over £50 (£5.95 otherwise).
