  • This product will come with any relevant warnings, please read carefully before use.
  • The cottage arbour is supplied flat packed, but with the roof, seat and side sections constructed. We recommend two people to assemble but all instructions and fittings are supplied.
  • In order to offer you an extended range, including specialist items, Dobbies arrange for certain products to be delivered direct by our approved suppliers. Delivery in these cases will be managed directly by them, but we will do whatever we can to assist you in the event of any concerns.

    AFK are closed until Monday 10th August, any orders placed before then will be processed once the office reopens. AFK aim to deliver within 5 weeks, additional transit time may be required for remote areas. You will receive a call from AFK's parcel carrier to arrange a convenient date for delivery once your product is with them.

    Please note: All deliveries will be made kerbside from the local pallet haulier who will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery slot and must be signed for.

    AFK are unable to deliver to some postcodes, you'll see in your basket at the checkout stage if the particular product is restricted.

    Delivery is free for orders over ÂŁ50 (ÂŁ5.95 otherwise).

    If your order is overdue, damaged in transit or you have a query about your order, please contact Dobbies Customer Service team.

    Returns: All products leave us in perfect condition, however, in the unfortunate circumstance where a product has arrived damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange free of charge replacement parts to be sent to you where applicable. You must notify us of any missing or faulty parts within 30 days of delivery, either by telephone or e-mail with photographs attached, and we will arrange for replacement parts to be sent to you free of charge.

    You have the right to return your order at any time up to 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging intact. You will need to arrange for the return at your cost.
