Flexibility to amend your booking
You can change your event date and/or time up to 2 days before it starts (subject to availability).
- if you need to make changes more than 3 days in advance, please use the link in your confirmation email
- if you need to change your booking between 2 and 3 days before your event, please contact our Customer Service team here
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change and so you will receive:
- a full refund if you cancel more than 3 days before the event
- a Dobbies gift card, which can be spent in-store, to the value of your booking if you cancel between 2 and 3 days before the event
- a full refund if Dobbies cancels your event
Please note: we are unable to offer a refund or compensation if you cancel within 2 days of the event or do not attend.
