      • The easiest flower garden you'll ever plant! The Birds and Bees Mat is a blend of 41 British wildflowers and 4 grasses that will encourage a wide variety of wildlife into your garden.

        Easy to install and requiring little maintenance, all you need to do is unroll the mat and place in the same way as you would turf in your garden. Not only will the mat become a riot of colour as it grows, it'll bring a buzz as well with pollinators and birds loving these native wildflowers.

      • This product will come with relevant cautions. Please read before use.
      • - Lay Meadowmat® in a similar way to lawn turf, but maintain it like a wildflower meadow.
        - Once it has established it can be left to grow unchecked all through Spring, Summer and Autumn.
        - There’s no need for mowing, feeding, deadheading or pest control.
        - Towards the end of Winter, (usually late February) or when all of the seed-heads have been eaten by birds, cut your Birds and Bees back to a height of 10cm. Then, be sure to shake any seeds on the area before taking away all of the clippings. Sometimes, during a wet mild Summer, you may find that some of the plants fall over – if this happens, simply trim them back to tidy them.

      • In order to offer you an extended range, including specialist items, Dobbies arrange for certain products to be delivered direct by our approved suppliers. Delivery in these cases will be managed directly by them, but we will do whatever we can to assist you in the event of any concerns.

        HarrowdenTurf aim to deliver within 2-10 working days. There is currently no delivery to Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland & the Highlands & Islands available for this product. Please ensure you meet these requirements before placing an order.

        They will aim to make your delivery between 8am and 5pm Tuesday to Friday. HarrowdenTurf will contact you directly to book in your delivery.

        Turf should be layed immediately upon delivery therefore you should only arrange for turf to be delivered on the day you intend to lay it. Reducing the amount of time turf is stored significantly reduces any potential problems that may arise.

        Turf is delivered direct to your home by a pallet courier that primarily uses rigid trucks that are designed to reach the majority of UK addresses. However, it is possible that your turf delivery could be made on a larger vehicle. If you think this could be an issue, or you have any delivery restrictions which could affect the delivery, please get in touch before placing your order.

        Delivery is free for orders over ÂŁ50 (ÂŁ5.95 otherwise).

        Returns policy: Due to the perishable nature of this product, orders cannot be cancelled once despatched.
