Rose Dublin Bay Climbing

Masses of Flowers Produced Throughout the Summer

A very useful climber, one that is a true deep red and won't grow too big. Unless you train this one towards the horizontal it will tend to flower on top and be a bit sparse at the lower levels of the plant. The flowers are a good size and there is plenty of foliage behind them to act as a foil. With moderate disease resistance grow in an open situation. Repeat flowers Summer and Autumn. Grow on Fences, Arches or Pillars. Good for South, East or West aspects

    Planting instructions

Water the plant in its pot thoroughly before planting – give it a good soaking. Prepare the area by digging a hole twice the size of the pot. Dig compost into the base of the hole. Remove the pot and position the plant in the hole, with the top of the rootball about level with the surrounding soil. Refill the planting hole with a mixture of garden soil and compost, firming as you go. Water in well and keep well watered during the plant's first year.
