Nemesia denticulata Celebration

Toothed Aloha

Ideal for planting at the front of a boarder

Perfect for summer colour in borders and containers where this plant will produce its sweetly scented blue blooms for months until autumn frosts. The individual flowers are like small Snapdragons and are held in clusters, covering the plants.

Where?

Easy to grow in a sunny spot. Ideal for the front of a border, container or hanging basket.

How?

Happy in any well-drained soil. Use good quality potting compost for container growing and protect the plants from cold winter winds by moving under cover. Water sparingly in winter but frequently through the summer until established.

Planting instructions

Water the plant in its pot thoroughly before planting – give it a good soaking. Prepare the area by digging a hole twice the size of the pot. Dig compost into the base of the hole. Remove the pot and position the plant in the hole, with the top of the rootball about level with the surrounding soil. Refill the planting hole with a mixture of garden soil and compost, firming as you go. Water in well and keep well watered during the plant's first year.
