Recipe: Raspberry Gin


Sweeten your gin with a raspberry twist. Perfect for serving to your guests over Christmas or you can even bottle it up as table favours or gifts. 

• 200g granulated sugar
• 450g fresh raspberries
• 750ml gin
• 2 ltr Kilner jar
• 3 x 250ml Kilner bottles

1. Add all the ingredients to a 2-litre jar or small demijohn and shake every day for a month.
2. Shake once a week for the next 2 months.
3. Sieve the contents through muslin, pour the gin into Kilner bottles and seal.
