Recipe: BBQ Corn With Garlic and Chilli Butter

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 125g butter
  • 3 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 6 corn on the cob

How to make:

  • Mash 125g butter and 3 tbsp chilli garlic sauce together with 1 tbsp chopped coriander.
  • Form into a sausage and wrap in clingfilm.
  • Chill rapidly in the freezer.
  • Barbecue 6 corn on the cob turning frequently for about 7-10 minutes.
  • Serve with slices of the chilli butter on top.
