Sugar cubes, champagne or sparkling wine, Hibiscus flowers in syrup.

How to make:

1. Place 2 sugar cubes in the bottom of the glass

2. Fill a third full with your favourite champagne or sparkling wine and allow the sugar cubes to disolve

3. Add a wild Hibiscus flower in syrup to the bottom of your glass

4. Top up with more champagne or sparkling wine and serve.
