I have lost my Dobbies Club or Club Plus card, how do I get a replacement?

You can request a new card using our Members Hub.  The card will be sent to you within 10 working days.  When the replacement card is requested, your new card number will be generated immediately so you can take a note and use that to carry on receiving your many member benefits until the new card arrives.

  • To update your personal details (Bank details will have to be updated by our Customer Service team)
  • To request a replacement card
  • To view your points earned
  • To renew your membership
