Easy Chiminea Peaches

You'll need:

  • 4 Ripe Peaches
  • Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon creme fraiche
  • 12 slices Parma ham
  • A few springs of fresh tarragon
  • 2 handfuls of rocket
  • 50g goats cheese
