Dobbies Gardening Club Card Terms & Conditions
DATA PROTECTION ACT
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. We use leading technologies to safeguard your data, and keep strict security standards to prevent any unauthorised access to it. We do not pass on your details to any third party unless you give us permission to do so.
CONDITIONS OF USE:
1.The Gardening Club card entitles the authorised signatory to 10% discount off all plants, bulbs, seeds and fresh Christmas trees.
2.This discount is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount including Sale items.
3.Membership is valid for one year from the day of first use.
4.The Gardening Club card is non-transferable and must be presented at the time of purchase; otherwise no discount will be given.
5.It is not a cheque guarantee or credit card.
6.Gardening Club discounts and special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or loyalty scheme in operation.
7.Dobbies Garden Centres plc reserve the right to alter or delete any of the Gardening Club offers at any time.
8.The Gardening Club card entitles the authorised signatory to collect points on goods purchased. The collection and redemption rate of these points is detailed in the welcome letter issued when joining/renewing your membership.
9.Points are converted into a reward voucher twice a per in March/April and October.
10.Dobbies Garden Centres plc reserves the right to remove or alter any of the benefits or the terms of the points system at any time.
11.The Gardening Club card must be presented when returning any goods allowing us to credit/debit the appropriate points.
