Whatever your role, your pay will be competitive and reviewed annually.  In addition to salary, you will receive the following benefits:

Discount - After three months service, all employees are entitled to receive a 25% discount on most Dobbies products.

Paid Holiday - Holiday entitlement is a minimum of 30 days per year.  This increases dependant on your role.

Pension Scheme - After six months, all employees are invited to join our pension scheme.  Defined employee contributions are matched by the company.

Restaurant - Immediately on joining, all employees are entitled to 50% discount on a wide range of home cooked meals, sandwiches etc produced in our retaurants.
