Chairman

Lucy Neville-Rolfe, 54, was appointed to the board of Tesco PLC as Corporate and Legal Affairs Director in 2006.  She joined Tesco PLC from the Cabinet Office in 1997 and was Company Secretary from 2004-2006.  She is Deputy Chair of the British Retail Consortium and a member of the China Britain Business Council and of the Corporate Leaders Group on Climate Change.

Lucy joined the Board of Dobbies as Chairman in September 2007.  As well as chairing the Board she chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee.
