Lease Terms

Rentals: There will be a base rental and a turnover rental, with higher of the two being payable.  Rentals will be exclusive of rates, services, insurance etc.

Duration: Negotable
Service Charge; Current estimates suggest this will be in the region of £2.00 to £2.50 psf.  This will be confirmed prior to exchange of agreements.

Marketing Charge: All tenants will make a contribution of 1.5% of gross turnover (ex VAT) towards a central marketing fund.

Management Issue
