Jonathan Lloyd

Jonathan Lloyd was appointed Company Secretary to the Board of Tesco PLC in December 2006.  He joined Tesco as Deputy Company Secretary and Corporate Secretariat Director in April 2005 from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
 
Jonathan was appointed to the Dobbies’ Board as a Non-Executive Director in September 2007.  He also serves as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
