From the North
eg. Lancaster, take the M6 South to junction 32, M55, follow the M55 for approx. 7.5 miles (12 kilometers) to junction 3 (A585) take the first exit at the roundabout A585 signed Preston and Kirkham, follow the A585 for approx. 2 miles (3 kilometers) at the 4th roundabout take the first exit A583 signed for Preston, follow the A583 Dobbies Garden World can be found on the left at the 3rd set of traffic lights (3 miles (approx 5 kilometers). (alterative route is A6 to Moor Park Preston then right onto the A5085 signed for Preston and Blackpool, follow the A5085 for approx. 4.5 miles (7 kilometers) where it joins the A583 at Lea, Dobbies Garden World is on the right at the second set of traffic lights after approx. 1.2 miles (2 kilometers).
From the South
eg. Manchester, take the M6 North (also from M61 and M65) to junction 32, M55, follow the M55 for approx. 7.5 miles (12 kilometers) to junction 3 (A585) take the first exit at the roundabout A585 signed Preston and Kirkham, follow the A585 for approx. 2 miles (3 kilometers) at the 4th roundabout take the first exit A583 signed for Preston, follow the A583 Dobbies Garden World can be found on the left at the 3rd set of traffic lights (3 miles (approx 5 kilometers). (Alternative route is M6 to junction 31 then as below)
From the East
eg. Blackburn, take the A59 East signed for Preston, pass under the M6 and follow the A59 up the hill towards Preston at the mini-roundabout at the brow of the hill (opposite the cemetery) take the second exit A5085 signed for Preston and Blackpool, follow the A5085 for approx. 4.5 miles (7 kilometers) where it joins the A583 at Lea, Dobbies Garden World is on the right at the second set of traffic lights after approx. 1.2 miles (2 kilometers). (alternative route would be A59 to M6 North, then as above)
From the West
eg. Blackpool, take the A583 signed for Preston, over the M55, Dobbies Garden World is on the right after approx. 7.5 miles (12 Kilometers) at the Clifton Traffic lights. (alternative route would be M55 to junction 3 (A585) take the third exit at the roundabout A585 signed Preston and Kirkham, follow the A585 for approx. 2 miles (3 kilometers) at the 4th roundabout take the first exit A583 signed for Preston, follow the A583 Dobbies Garden World can be found on the left at the 3rd set of traffic lights (3 miles (approx 5 kilometers).
