ORDER CANCELLATION

It is our genuine desire that you are 100% happy with the condition of any order you receive from Dobbies.com. We offer an unbeatable 5 year return-or-exchange policy on all of our hardy nursery plants. If you are not fully satisfied with the condition of your hardy plant within 5 years of purchase, we will exchange it free of charge. If you wish, we will also happily refund you for your purchase within 5 years of ordering it (including delivery, where paid), providing you post back the plant label to us as proof of care. For all other products purchased from Dobbies.com, we offer a 28 day no-questions-asked returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected by either our 28-day or our 5-year returns policy.

If you wish to return any unwanted items you can do so within 28 days of receiving your order. If we are at fault, we will reimburse your return delivery or postage charges. If we are not at fault, you will be required to pay any return postage. Either way, you can opt to either make arrangements for return yourself or we will arrange a collection by courier. We will then offer you a full refund, including your original delivery charge, where paid.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange any hardy plant within 5 years of purchase, please return it to us with the original plant label and details of your order number. If you wish to exchange any other item please return it to us within 28 days including your order number and details of your required exchange. Our address for exchanges is:
