Data Protection Statement:
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. We use leading technologies to safeguard your data, with strict security standards and processes to prevent any unauthorised access to it.
We would like to use your personal details from the application form, plus details on how you use your Garden Club card and what you buy in our stores, to:
- Help manage Dobbies Garden Club and improve the way we run it
- Understand our customers’ shopping habits to improve the Club benefits and our service to you
- Unless you indicate otherwise, contact you with information about products, services, offers or events of interest to you.
We will share your details with our parent company and businesses that process Dobbies Garden Club information on our behalf (e.g. printers who need certain details to print our mailings to you) however, we will not pass on your personal details to any third party except where we have your permission, where we are required to do so by law, to other companies who provide a service to us and any successors in title to our business.
We may also use and share information relating to groups of customers, without identifying individuals, to learn more about customer behaviour and find ways of enhancing our service. If you choose to opt out of receiving communications relating to your Dobbies Garden Club membership this will include all mailings except the statement mailings which include the reward voucher for loyalty points accrued. These will be sent to you twice per year.
The Dobbies Garden Club Card entitles the authorised signatory to:
- 10% discount off all plants, bulbs, seeds and fresh Christmas trees
- To collect loyalty points on goods purchased. With an award of two points for every £1 spent in a single transaction (after discounts). Each point is worth 1p in cash back vouchers. Full details of the redemption values can be found in your welcome pack. Points are not cumulative. See Points Value Table. Points can not be earned at concessions, at the butcher in Dobbies Farm Foodhall or when purchasing gift vouchers. Other exclusions may apply.
- Vouchers per month for a cup of tea/filter coffee on redemption at any of our restaurants
- Other exclusive member offers and VIP events throughout the year.
Membership is valid for one year from the day of purchase and can be used at any of the Dobbies stores throughout the UK.
The Dobbies Garden Club Card is non-transferable and must be presented at the time of purchase to qualify for discount and points. The card can only be used by the signatory.
The Dobbies Garden Club card is the responsibility of the cardholder and is not valid as a cheque guarantee or credit card.
Dobbies Garden Club discounts and special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, promotion or loyalty scheme in operation.
Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd reserve the right to alter or delete any of the Garden Club offers, benefits or points at any time without prior notice.
Loyalty points are converted into reward vouchers twice a year (normally in Spring and before Christmas each year). The dates of issue are subject to change. Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd reserves the right to alter the terms of the points reward system at any time.
The Dobbies Garden Club Card must be presented when returning any goods allowing us to credit/debit the appropriate points from your card.

The Dobbies Garden Club Card is issued by and remains the property of Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd who reserves the right to terminate the scheme without prior notice and/or, on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel any Dobbies Garden Club cards that they feel have been subject to abuse or attempted abuse
