With the launch of our new and improved website the process of renewing your Garden Club membership online has slightly changed. To help our members get used to this new process we have created an easy 10 step guide to renewing your Garden Club membership online.
Step 1. Visit Dobbies.com
Go to www.dobbies.com
Step 2. Go to the Garden Club area
Click on the Gardening Club tab at the top of the homepage (highlighted below) which will transfer you to the Gardening Club area of the website.

Step 3. Click on one of the renew membership links
Click on one of the renew membership links (highlighted below), which will take you to the renew membership page.
Step 4. Add a membership to your shopping basket
Click on the "ADD TO BASKET" button.
Please note that the number (420216) in the header of the page is the product number of renewing your membership and does not relate to your membership number.

By clicking on the add basket button a “pop up” box will appear.
Please click on the “click here to view your shopping basket and proceed to checkout” text - this will transfer you to your shopping basket.
Step 5. Confirm your shopping basket
Please check that you have only added 1 renewal membership to your shopping basket and click on the "CHECKOUT NOW" button.
If you have more than 1 renewal membership in your basket please use the minus icon (highlighted below) to remove unwanted memberships.
Step 6. Register your email address
You will now be asked to enter your email address and password
If you created an account on the Dobbies website before the 1st April 2010 you will need to create a new account to keep our records up-to-date. Please enter your email address and select “No. (You can create an account later)”.
Then press the “CONTINUE” button.
Step 7. Complete your personal and address details
You will now be asked to enter your personal details. To complete the address details please enter your postcode and click on the “FIND UK ADDRESS” button.
Step 8. Complete your address details
A list of all the addresses in that postcode will now appear. Please select your address by finding it on the list and clicking on it which will automatically complete the address fields.
Click on the “DELIVER TO THIS ADDRESS” button.

Step 9. Complete the billing details
If the billing address of your payment card is the same as the delivery address please click on the “My billing address is the same as my delivery address” button which will automatically complete the address details.
If the billing address on the payment card used is different from the delivery address please complete the personal details and then use the postcode finder to complete the address details.

Enter your credit card details and place your order by clicking on the “PLACE MY ORDER BUTTON”
Step 10. Additional security information
Once you place your order you may be asked to complete addition security information. This information is requested from your card provider (VISA or MasterCard) and is external to Dobbies.com. For more information on Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode please contact your card provider.
