Trotters Ltd - The butchers - A family owned and run business
All meat and poultry is strictly purchased from farmers and producers within a 30 mile radius, Trotters specialise in good old fashioned cuts of meat. T bone steaks, brisket on the bone, Rib of Beef, Best steaks and roasting beef is matured on the bone for 21days to maximise its tenderness and flavour. Outdoor reared Pork, Lambs produced by local farms, Free range Chicken and a range of game including fresh rabbits, venison, pheasants etc, are always available.
At Christmas time Trotters show off their traditions by hanging all of their Free range Turkeys, cockerels and geese on their legs so customers can appreciate the maturity and flavours of yesteryear.
