The Weber Gourmet Barbecue System brings a new and exciting cooking experience to your barbecue. The hinged cooking grate has a 30cm opening with removable insert that can be replaced by either the cast iron wok, sear grate or griddle. Please note it is for use with 57cm charcoal barbecues only.

Original Gourmet BBQ System - Hinged Cooking Grate

The hinged cooking grate is the cornerstone of the gourmet BBQ system. Use it as a standard grate or remove the middle section and cook with one of the three interchangeable accessories; wok, sear grate or griddle.
The hinged cooking grate fits a 57cm Weber kettle barbecue only, and has a 30cm opening inthe middle with 30cm removable steel cooking grate insert.

Original Gourmet BBQ System - Sear Grate

The cast iron sear grate is porcelain enamelled, cast iron and is coated so that it is non-stick and easy to clean. It provides professional sear markings whilst sealing in the food’s moisture and flavour.

Original Gourmet BBQ System – Griddle

The cast iron griddle is porcelain enamelled, cast iron and is coated so that it is non-stick and easy to clean. It is perfect for cooking small and delicate foods such as fish, pancakes or omelettes.

Original Gourmet BBQ System – Wok

The porcelain enamelled, cast iron wok is coated so that it is non-stick and easy to clean. It distributes heat evenly to effectively caramelise your meat and vegetables for deliciously healthy Asian style cooking on a barbecue.
