    A very poor quality product which varied in thickness from 25mm to 40mm. As a result the butting of edges and levelling of adjacent slabs was very difficult. A very dissatisfied customer.

    Really pleased with the look of this, the natural stone shade blends in nicely in my garden. It was very easy to lay and the high quality also meant there was no risk of the stone being chipped or cracked.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Delivery only available to mainland UK (NO delivery is available to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or Channel Islands). Delivery is made directly by Kelkay Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and you will receive a phone call to arrange this. Any wooden pallets and/or empty bags in which the items are delivered are non-returnable.

PLEASE NOTE:
Please read the delivery criteria below and ensure you meet the requirements before you place an order. A failed delivery will result in you still being charged.

DELIVERY CRITERIA
- Delivery is to the nearest kerbside or hard-standing by a tail lift vehicle
- Goods cannot be left on a pubic road or pavement
- The unloading area must be smooth and level with no slopes and also be large enough to accept a heavy goods vehicle
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only, between 8am and 5pm
- Delivery is between 7-10 working days
- Delivery is NOT with a crane lift or hiab
- Goods are delivered using a tail-lift at the rear of the vehicle with a hand pump truck
- The product CANNOT be pushed uphill or downhill or on gravel drives or lawns

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS
You will receive a phone call to arrange the delivery between the hours of 8am and5pm Monday to Friday, however, if an arranged delivery is attempted and there is nobody to provide a signature, it will be taken back to the depot and re-delivered on another day, but will incur a re-delivery charge, which is to be paid direct to the carrier to enable re-delivery of the goods. If possible, it is preferred that you provide a mobile phone number, however, this is not essential.

If you cannot fulfil the above details, do not order the goods as you will still be charged for the attempted delivery.
