Dobbies.com Delivery Information & Prices
Delivery is free on orders over £100 to Mainland UK (including the Scottish Highlands) and Northern Ireland. A list of the destinations we deliver to and their delivery charges are detailed below:
Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland orders less than £100 - £4.95
Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands - £10 flat rate.
Delivery to all the above destinations for Seeds is just £1 and for Gift Vouchers is £2, regardless of how many seeds or vouchers you purchase.
We also deliver to some European and International destinations where the total net weight of your order is less than 31kgs and these are detailed below with their prices:
Europe (Austria/Österreich, Belgium/Belgique/België, Corsica, Denmark/Danmark, France métropolitaine, Germany/Deutschland, Greece/Ελλάδα, Ireland, Italy/Italia, Luxembourg/Lëtzebuerg/Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands/Nederland, Portugal, Spain/España) - £15 flat rate
North America (Canada and the United States of America) - £30 flat rate.
Delivery for Gift Vouchers to North America or Europe is a flat rate of £4.50. Due to Customs and Export restrictions, we are unable to deliver plants, bulbs, seeds and some chemicals and fertilisers to any address outside the United Kingdom.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and delivery times for our products are detailed on all detail pages on our website. While we make every effort to deliver within these timescales it can sometimes take a bit longer on popular products while we source stock for you. In these instances we will keep you updated by email. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery to the European Union and an additional 7-10 days for delivery to the United States and Canada.
To enable us to completely fulfill your order as quickly as possible it may be necessary for us to source and deliver items from different places. This means that your order may be sent to you in seperate deliveries on different days. If this is the case we will inform you of this by email.
