Dobbies.com Delivery Information & Prices
Delivery is FREE on orders over £50 to Mainland UK (including the Scottish Highlands) and Northern Ireland. A list of the destinations we deliver to and their delivery charges are detailed below:
Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland orders less than £50 - £4.95
Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands - £10 flat rate.
Delivery to all the above destinations for Seeds is just £1 and for Gift Vouchers is £2, regardless of how many seeds or vouchers you purchase.
Delivery from Dobbies.com simply costs less
We want to ensure you get the best deal possible with your online order and we continuously review our delivery prices to ensure we remain as competitive as possible. Take a look at our delivery costs comparison table to find out just how inexpensive our delivery charges are when compared against our competitors. We're also the only UK garden centre to actually deliver all over the UK - and we won't charge you more for delivery than our other customers if you happen to live somewhere like Belfast, Cornwall or Inverness.
At present we are unable to delivery Overseas. We hope to re-introduce this service in near the future.
In the mean time if you wish to order from Dobbies for outside the United Kingdom delivery, you must arrange your own transport.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and delivery times for our products are detailed on all detail pages on our website. While we make every effort to deliver within these timescales it can sometimes take a bit longer on popular products while we source stock for you. In these instances we will keep you updated by email.
To enable us to completely fulfill your order as quickly as possible it may be necessary for us to source and deliver items from different places. This means that your order may be sent to you in seperate deliveries on different days. If this is the case we will inform you of this by email.
