Dobbies.com Delivery Information & Prices
Delivery is free on orders over £50 to Mainland UK (including the Scottish Highlands) and Northern Ireland. A list of the destinations we deliver to and their delivery charges are detailed below:
Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland orders less than £50 - £4.95
Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands - £10 flat rate.
Delivery charges to all the above destinations for orders less than £50 for Seeds is £1 and for Gift Vouchers is £2.
We also deliver to some European and International destinations where the total net weight of your order is less than 31kgs and these are detailed below with their prices:
Europe (Austria, Belgium, Corsica, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain) - £15 flat rate
European delivery charge for Gift Vouchers is a flat rate of £4.50.
North America (Canada and United States of America) - £30 flat rate.
North American delivery charge for Gift Vouchers is a flat rate of £4.50.
Delivery Surcharges
Some of our larger and heavier items like outdoor furniture, barbecues,water features etc can require specialist handling including a 2-person delivery service so that these arrive with you in perfect condition. This means that items such as these may incur a delivery charge of £20. Any applicable delivery charge will always be displayed clearly in the shopping basket.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and delivery times for our products are detailed on all detail pages on our website. While we make every effort to deliver within these timescales it can sometimes take a bit longer on popular products while we source stock for you. In these instances we will keep you updated by email.
To enable us to completely fulfill your order as quickly as possible it may be necessary for us to source and deliver items from different places. This means that your order may be sent to you in seperate deliveries on different days. If this is the case we will inform you of this by email.
