I am having trouble renewing online - can you help?
Try checking our 10 point guide to renewing your membership online by clicking here.
When you click on the "renew my card" or "renew my membership" links you will be navigated to a page with the header "Renew Gardening Club Membership (420216)." Please note that this number- 420216 - is the product number not a membership number.
As part of the process of renewing you will be asked for your email address and password. If you created an account on the Dobbies website before the 1st April 2010 you will need to create a new account to keep our records up-to-date. When prompted for your email address and password please enter your email address and select "no" to continue through the process of renewing your membership.
During the process of renewing you do not key in your membership number as we use your name, address details and email address to match your internet transaction with our renewal system.
If you haven’t found the answer you were looking for please do not hesitate to contact us and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as they can.
